Refund Policy
Translation, Interpretation, Proofreading, Typing, Transcription, Transliteration.
At Lingo Server, our knowledge goes deep! With our team of professionals, we confidently make customer satisfaction our number one priority. We are always here to serve our clients, meeting the deadline and all their requirements. We will always do the tasks according to the satisfaction of the clients. However, if there is any requirement of cancellation of the project by the end of the client after making the payment for any of these services, Lingo Server will refund the payment to the client, but there are two ways:
First: if the team started the work and has done some parts of the project, in this case, the actual amount for these tasks will be deducted and Lingo Server will send the rest of the amount only, and the completed tasks will be sent to the client as well.
Second: If the team did not start the work and there is any requirement of cancellation of the project after the payment, in this case, Lingo Server will refund the amount, but will not be responsible for the transfer charges. Example: If a client sends 100 USD and Lingo Server receives only 90 USD, in this case, Lingo Server will refund only 90 USD and will not be responsible for any transfer charges, for example: if he gets only 80 USD, Lingo Server will not be responsible for all this.
Course Purchase Refund Policy
Lingo Server has created the courses according to the needs and requirements of the learners, and the team has tried to give its best to the learners. However, if a learner purchases a course and he dislikes the course after a few days, and he is asking for a refund of the payment, in this case, there will be no chance of a refund. That is why, we request all the learners to read about the Course before purchasing the course, and if someone has any doubt, he must not hesitate to contact the Lingo Server team. The team will always be happy to help.
Due to the policy of the team, Lingo Server does not allow anyone to download anything from the website. You have to do the course here on the website only.
Online Classes
One Hour Classes
At Lingo Server, you will meet qualified tutors, who graduated from authentic Indian and abroad universities. Before booking any class, it is necessary to ask the team about their availability. If a student books a class without asking about their availability and no tutor was available to teach him, in this case, the student will be responsible and no action will be taken against the tutors, also the amount he has paid will not be refunded, instead, the team will reschedule his lesson for next time according to the availabilities of the tutors and the learners.
If a student books a lesson after checking the availably of tutors, but the tutor was not available to teach without informing the team and the student was present in the class, the team will take action against the tutor and the student will have two options: If he wants a refund, the team will do that, and it must be clear that Lingo Sever will not be responsible for the charges of transferring the amount. The other option will be, to reschedule the lesson for next time according to the need and availability of the students.
If a student books a class after checking the availability with the tutor and he could not join the class without informing the team, he will not lose his amount, instead, the team will reschedule his lesson for the next after discussion with the student and the tutors. In the case, a student does not join the class three times for the same lessons, his lessons will be cancelled and he will not get his payment back. This means that a student will be given chance only three times to do the same lesson.
A student has the right to reschedule his lessons if he is busy. But he must inform the team at least 1 hour before the fixed time. If he does not do so we will give him three times to attend the class, if he still does not do, the class will get cancelled and no refund will be made.
More than One Hour Classes
If a student pays for more than one hour, like 15 or 20 classes, after a few days, he does not want to continue with the classes because of any reason, and he wants his rest amount to be refunded, his rest amount will be refunded, but Lingo Sever will not be responsible for any transfer charges.

Will We be Provided with a Certificate Once We Finish the Course?
Yes, once you finish the course you will be given a certificate, but for this, you have to face a live test with the tutor. There are two kinds of certificates:
Certificate of Speaking
Certificate of Reading Writing and Speaking.
In the Certificate of Speaking the test will be about speaking only. In this test, the Tutor will just talk with you in Urdu and you will be given a grade according to the fluency of your speaking.
In the Certificate of Reading Writing and Speaking, the tutor will check your Reading Writing and Speaking skill and you will get the marks accordingly.
